Leave the A12 Freeway by Wiesing and follow the B169 till the roundabout by Stumm which you will leave with the second exit. Then turn right and follow the street straight ahead until you can only drive right or left. Choose left and hold yourself left till you see our farm on the left side of the street.

Drive with the Zillertalbahn till Kaltenbach Stumm and exit the train. From there you just need to follow the way on the picture.
